Access Accounts’ Allocation Audit Trail facility resolved another problem for Space. “In the Access Sales Ledger we can now see exactly how and where an allocation has been made,” said Accounts Manager Sheila Elliott. “You would be surprised how many customers ring us up and don’t know which invoices have been paid or are outstanding. We can look on the system for a particular invoice or receipt and can see clearly what has been allocated. When a customer queries a payment we can go straight to that payment and instantly see what invoices were paid by it. I can then give that customer instant information on what has been paid and what is still due.”
