Stephens is an established bakery retailer with a huge manufacturing base and 20 outlets. It is currently celebrating its 125th year in business with the proud slogan “Here’s to the next 125 years.” Order processing was a top priority for Stephens in its search for a new accounts system.

Accounting is not just about counting beans for us, it’s about management reports and pinpointing Profits and Losses and trends in our business. If we didn’t have Access Accounts we could not have enjoyed the 400% increase in profit due to detailed management reports. It has brought a 75% reduction in time and saved at least £20,000 in salary.”
